Domenico Siniscalco has been managing director and vice-chairman of Morgan Stanley International Limited since 2006. Since 1990 he has been professor of economics at the University of Turin. Among his professional experiences, from July 2001 to September 2005 he worked for the Italian government, first as Director General of the Treasury, then as Minister of Economy and Finance. Prior to his appointment as Director General of the Treasury, he was an independent director on the boards of several listed Italian companies, including Telecom Italia and ENI.
