Luiss Data Lab, thanks to its engines and collaboration with the startup Catchy and Alkemy Lab, has conducted a Social Data Intelligence study related to the external and internal communication, both incoming and outgoing, of Luiss Guido Carli University. Social Data Intelligence involves the collection, analysis, algorithmic processing, and interpretation of conversation flows on Social Networks. The collected datasets refer to the official accounts of the Luiss brand, as well as those of the main professors and representatives. The data were processed using Big Data Analytics algorithms to highlight: activity and popularity trends; network analysis and centrality; semantic analysis; sentiment analysis; competitor analysis (relationship between Luiss communication and that of the main private universities in Italy).
