Established in July 2018, in conjunction with the event held in Rome at the Luiss Loft, the Permanent Observatory on Decentralized Artificial Intelligence aims to extract information and analyze the main strategies adopted by startups, companies, and influencers. Data Intelligence studies conducted on major social networks have been presented to the public at numerous national events in Milan, Rome, Bologna, at universities, fairs, and technological gatherings.

The Observatory serves as a radar for network communications, created with the goal of providing tools to analyze and disseminate the most relevant and trending topics related to Decentralized AI, and to narrate the ongoing change in the decentralization of artificial intelligence through research, studies, and reflections. The Observatory, realized through the joint efforts of the Luiss Data Lab research center, Alkemy Lab, and Catchy, is also supported by the Decentralized AI Community.
