Francesco Nespoli is a research fellow at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia for
the research project entitled 'The rhetoric of work: political and trade union communication
in labour market reforms and industrial relations'. He collaborates as a Data Analyst with
the innovative start-up Catchy. In 2018, he obtained his doctorate at the University of

Bergamo in Training the person and the labour market and in the same year his
monograph "Founded on work. La comunicazione politica e sindacale del lavoro che
cambia', published by ADAPT University Press.
