Francesco Seghezzi is president of ADAPT Foundation and research fellow at the
University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He is responsible for communication and
external relations at ADAPT and Director of Adapt University Press. Among his research
topics are the analysis of employment dynamics in the labour market, with particular
attention to the youth segment and the relationship between work and technological
innovation, with special focus on the phenomenon of Industry 4.0 and the impact on work
in manufacturing. Editorialist at various newspapers.
