Linda Bernstein is a lecturer in Journalism and Social Media at LIU Brooklin. She has been a contributor to PBS NextAvenue.org and a columnist for the Baby Boomer, Better After 50 and Midlife Blvd websites. She is a digital strategist for the start-up "Digimentors" and organises social media workshops and courses, including the "Social Media Weekend". As a social media consultant, he has worked with various governmental and non-profit agencies, such as ECOSOC (United Nations), Carnegie Foundation, Committee of 100, Healthier NYC and Fortune 500.
