Livia De Giovanni is a full professor of Statistics. She teaches at the Department of Business and Management and the Department of Political Science at Luiss 'Guido Carli' University. She is also president of the university's Master in Journalism and Multimedia Communication 'Massimo Baldini' and director of the Luiss Data Lab. She was a visiting researcher at the France Telecom CNET (Centre national d'études des télécommunications) research centre in Lannion, Paris, and at the AT&T Labs Research Centre (Florham Park New Jersey).
